Eileen Hall started Motif! Home Environments in 1995 and has been in business as Interior Decorator for fifteen years. She started out small, working for residential clients, doing most of the work herself - sewing window treatments, stenciling, painting, etc. Now, Eileen has a network of professional subcontractors to help with the actual labor decorating tasks.
In 1997, Eileen became the Color Room Manager for Brandon area builder Sunrise Homes, where she assisted over 200 homeowners to select the base elements of their new homes - interior & exterior painting, flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting and more. Eileen knows which colors work best in the "permanent" (and usually expensive, difficult to change) elements of a new or renovated home.
From 2000 to the present, Eileen decorated the homes of many private clients from Lake Jovita in Dade City to Kings Point in Sun City Center.
Motif! Home Environments has decorated 7 model homes, including The Beethoven by Symphony Homes, which was featured in 1997 Parade of Homes and townhomes in Savannah Landings for Ken Franklin Homes. In 2007, Eileen completed the decor of a lovely Tuscan-style model home called Villa Verde for "green builder" New Age Homes by McElroy Construction, Inc. in Valrico. This home was priced at over $800,000 with intricate attention to details and furnishings. Yet, whether your style is modern or antique, simple or extravagant, Motif! can help you achieve an interior design that reflects and suits YOU!
